Partnership Renewal 2007

meeting 1The partnership between Oakley Holidays and Bilton Grange was renewed early in October at a fruitful meeting of Julian Wilde and Lewis Kent, Secretary and Treasurer of Oakley Holidays, with Peter Kirk, David Phillips and Andrew Parker, Headmaster, Bursar and Lettings Manager of Bilton Grange.

Discussions covered plans and dates for Oakley Holidays at Bilton Grange for the next four years, costs and numbers of Oakley members; further enhancement of the facilities offered including a new washroom and showers on the top floor; and continuing use of a second dining area.

The three years since the last review meeting have been very successful for both Bilton Grange and Oakley Holidays, and all of those present looked forward to further successful cooperation in the future.

Lewis and Julian will now report on the discussions to the Trustees of Oakley Holidays who meet in London in November and to the Oakley leaders attending the Annual Conference in Birmingham next February.
