20. Fill a swear box for charity

For £7.95 you can buy the red swear box, probably best for individual use, from here - it plays a tune and makes a comment when you put the money in! You can get the money out of the back when full and give it to your favourite charity

Alternatively use an empty jam-jar and give the £7.95 to the charity too!

The Scottish Spina Bifida Association has recruited Gordon Ramsey to help with their fundraising and will supply swear boxes for use by school or college students – you need to think carefully where to place it.
