14. Hitch-hike across the Galaxy in 24 hours

Sponsored hitchhikes are usually organised by university RAG societies and have recently taken place at Leeds, Warwick, Bath, Sheffield and Cardiff

As often, getting the sponsorship may be more difficult than the hitchhiking

The current record is hitch-hiking 1800 miles to Belgrade

Remember that you have to get back too!
